Myers Family Dental is looking for a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant: to support our dental team in providing exceptional patient care. This full-time: position is perfect for someone who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in the dental field.
Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and procedures:, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain: instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.
- Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays): when needed.
- Manage patient flow, take medical histories, and update charts:.
- Provide patient education: on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
- Support scheduling appointments: and maintaining office cleanliness.
High school diploma or equivalent (Required):
Completion of a dental assistant program: or equivalent experience (Preferred)
CPR & First Aid certification: (Preferred)
Experience with dental software systems: (Preferred)
Knowledge of infection control procedures:
