Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in our practice, responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.:
Responsibilities:
- Schedule surgical procedures for patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency:
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, and staff to schedule surgeries and appointments:
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorizations when necessary:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns:

Requirements:
