Job Description

Makai in Las Vegas, NV is looking for Prep, Grillers and Line positions to join our team. We are located on 5165 S Fort Apache Rd 150. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Grilling on a char broiler. Fast Pace.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Serve and work the line. Handle the Cash register and customer service oriented.

Qualifications

Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred

Able to meet all scheduling commitments

Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs

Strong attention to detail
