Our team is growing, and we are hiring for an entry-level Customer Relations Representative immediately. We provide full training to ensure that all of our employees are well-equipped and acclimated right away to client practices. Our team is continuously expanding and taking on new customers which allows our employees to have the opportunity to grow from within.
The entry-level Customer Relations Representative is the primary contact between client and prospective customers to act as direct support providing exemplary customer relations and establishing a memorable brand experience. We are looking to hire an individual who likes to problem solve, has high energy, and is willing to take a more hands-on approach in order to work one on one with our customers. The role will consist of constant communication with customer leads and will be responsible for all sales transactions. The candidate must communicate efficiently and understand product knowledge and price to ensure the customer has a clear understanding of products and services available to them.
Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:
- Establish a high level of customer satisfaction by helping to provide support and communicating in an effective and amicable approach
- Help resolve customer requests by providing targeted product recommendations addressed to satisfy the customers wants and needs
- Provide product or services quotes based on the customer’s inquiry and prepare the customer for the installation and delivery process.
- The candidate must assist our sales team by helping to guarantee customers with helpful solutions to their problems and feeling valued throughout their experience.
- Will be attending additional weekly training to become a product expert and increase success.
- Work in a collaborative environment with fellow Customer Relations Representatives to brainstorm process improvements, review new product/service offerings, and troubleshoot product issues.
Entry Level Customer Relations Representative Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years experience in a customer service environment
- An eagerness to develop new skills that will help both personally and professional in the work environment
- The ability to work in a people-oriented setting and the drive to want to learn from others
- Must be self disciplined to work in a collaborative environment and also have the ability to be independent and work alone with little to no supervision
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Shows excellent attention to detail to produce quality work
