Primary Responsibilities of an Entry Level Manager:
- Train directly with senior-level managers daily to gain extensive product knowledge on our client’s campaigns, understanding of our competitor’s products, and learn the different sales strategies used
- Utilize a lead-generated database and direct outreach to potential consumers in person to educate them about our client’s products and services
- Provide our consumers with a better quality of service by actively listening to their concerns, troubleshooting with competitive pricing, and customizing their sales packages to their needs
- Collaborate in a creative team space with fellow Entry Level Managers and sales team members to strategically increase and exceed projected sales targets and margins
- Explore and test new sales market regions with a designated Business Development and Sales team

Basic Qualifications for the Entry Level Manager role:

- 1 years of experience working in customer service, retail, sales, entry level management roles, or other related fields preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from the office when meeting with client bases
