WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5 years leading and deploying complex system design, business or data analysis, process improvement or technology projects
- 2 years with the Microsoft data platform (MSSQL & Azure)
Responsibilities
The business data analyst will be involved in deeply understanding and communicating data requirements and policy for the Make-A-Wish business and will strive to be a trusted business advisor between national IT, other national business units, and chaptersFacilitate evaluation of key business decisions that informs policy creation and implementationWork with business / product stakeholders to document data needs and gapsUnderstand key systems, integrations, data models, reporting structures, and risk / security elements related to organization dataHelp business stakeholders envision the future and how data and reporting will need to change to support their visionUse quantitative / qualitative techniques to analyze data and provide decision supportPresent policy and requirements to Data Governance and BI Operations teams for downstream executionAlign and execute communication and change management strategy in support of project execution and rollout, including development of training materialsEvaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish simple requests from value driversPerform other job-related duties, as assignedBenefits
