Make & Model Marketing is looking for a paid search specialist to join our team. This position involves bringing great ideas and strategies to the table and executing them to bring quality paid search traffic to our client’s websites and increase their ROI. Our clients are automotive dealerships looking to increase the number of car shoppers on their websites and increase the number of leads they receive. The ideal candidate is skilled at managing paid search accounts in Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads as well as finding opportunities for growth and refinement in client’s campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of paid search accounts
- Utilizing your skills as a paid search specialist to create and execute strategies
- Measuring the effectiveness of your campaigns
- Keeping your skills and knowledge up to date through continual training
- Making budget and campaign strategy recommendations
The Ideal Candidate Would Be

- Willing to learn the automotive industry and about all facets of digital marketing
- Able to bring ideas to the table and execute them with our team
- Able to stay organized and work with our co-founders to meet deadlines & prioritize projects

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
