Your Mission :

As the Senior SEO Strategist & Director, you’ll lead our SEO efforts across multiple clients and internal projects. You’ll design and execute strategies that rank our content on top and keep it there. We’re not looking for someone who just follows best practices—we want someone who creates them.

Key Responsibilities :

  • SEO Strategy Development : Lead the development of comprehensive SEO strategies for clients and internal projects, including content, technical, and off-site optimization.
  • Execution : Roll up your sleeves and implement SEO strategies, from keyword research and on-page optimization to link-building initiatives.
  • Technical SEO : Audit, identify, and fix complex technical SEO issues, ensuring websites are fast, crawlable, and index-friendly.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Own SEO performance tracking, analyze KPIs, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership : Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates, positioning MPRGA as an industry leader in search strategy.
  • Team Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation and high performance.
  • Collaboration : Partner with content, product, and PR teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and large-scale content strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving significant organic traffic growth.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership experience with a knack for mentoring and inspiring teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in PR or branding is a plus.
