Overview
We are seeking a Founding Partner/Investor for our new restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Hold high-level position within multi-location restaurant group, focused on fostering community relations
• Contribute on an as-needed basis to overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants within the group and to managing financial performance
• Financial contribution to be discussed

Qualifications

• Experience with a restaurant group owning at least two restaurants
• 5 years as partner with an award-winning multi-unit chain based in New England
• Founder of a foodservice business (restaurant, ice cream business, hot dog cart, etc.)
• 10 years as Founder & CEO of venture-backed company
• 10 years experience with marketing and analytics for restaurant industry
• Resident on Cape Cod
• Bachelor of Arts

Preferences

• Multi-decade foodservice career dating back to high school (restaurant, ice cream, etc.)
• At least one year full-time, post-college employment in service delivery role in foodservice business
• Experience with at least one restaurant that has awards such as Nation's Restaurant News "Hot Concepts"
• Current service on boards of Cape Cod economic development partnerships and/or nonprofits offering services to local fishing interests
• B.A. from Top 5 national university

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
