Organizing and Leadership Development:
As Organizing and Leadership Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build the capacity of our members and staff. This includes leading trainings, workshops, and other events to develop leadership skills and create a culture of community organizing within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leadership development programs for members and staff
- Leverage data and evaluation to inform and improve programming
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to advance organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in community organizing and leadership development
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in issue advocacy, community organizing, and/or related fields required
- 3 years experience leading trainings, workshops, or other events focused on leadership development
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices
