We are seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests for quotes and information
- Manage administrative tasks
- Oversee direct labor work
- Interface with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender phases to build strong business relationships
- Ensure construction standards are met
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Manage risks effectively
- Follow company standards and operating procedures to deliver successful projects
- A two-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in industrial construction or a relevant internship.
- OSHA Construction Training.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Scheduling experience is a plus.
