Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Mechanical Designer / Engineer to join our project teams in designing and preparing mechanical system construction documents for healthcare higher education and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams throughout the design and construction process ensuring mechanical plans align with budget constraints project requirements and client expectations.
This role requires a strong background in healthcare design excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform technical design and quality control for assigned projects including mechanical system calculations and layouts.
- Maintain best practices in engineering methods and ensure compliance with current mechanical and energy codes.
- Prepare construction documents for new builds renovations and facility additions.
- Conduct construction administration including site visits and shop drawing reviews.
- Research and apply projectrelated data as requested by the project manager.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing project specifications.
- Update and revise drawings based on quality assurance feedback.
Education and Experience :
Minimum of 3 years in the engineering field.
