In this role, you will be essential in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Design Development : Collaborate with design teams to create technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Communication : Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and address project-related issues, implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure success.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and outcomes, preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field)
- 2 years of experience in project engineering or related roles, preferably in construction or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
