Goals and Objectives
Performing general maintenance and repair work assigned by Facilities Maintenance Manager, to keep Makena Golf & Beach Club in pristine condition for Members and their Guests.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily/weekly maintenance activities for the pool and spa.
- Assists Facilities Maintenance Technicians with projects, duties may include cleaning, clearing, transporting tools and/or necessary items to projects assigned by Facilities Maintenance Manager.
- Keep work areas neat, organized and clean-up job sites appropriately.
- Assist all technicians as assigned.
- Clean and paint surfaces as assigned by FM Manager.
- Follow safe work practices.
- Follow project policies.
- Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.

- Valid driver's license required.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and a shift greater than eight (8) hours in length.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to; working indoors and outdoors, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs., bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling
