Job Description: Construction Laborer
We're seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you'll play a vital role in our concrete and asphalt installation and repair projects. Your responsibilities will include site preparation, physical labor, and operating hand and power tools.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down temporary structures
- Mix, pour, and place concrete and asphalt
- Load and unload materials, organize tools and trailers, and perform other general labor tasks
- Collaborate with trade teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
- Dependability, hard-working spirit, and ability to follow instructions
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to acquire a DOT medical card
Preferred Criteria

- 1 years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work
- Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles not requiring a CDL
