As an IT Master Data Analyst at Maker’s Pride, you will be responsible for the execution of product and inspection master data governance, creation and maintenance within the SAP ERP system. Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide master data support for all new products and configurations.
- Maintain materials, bills of material (BOM), inspections and other related master data.
- Identify the need for, and help develop new processes and procedures to improve master data accuracy.
- Provide and assist with training of cross-functional counterparts and other master data analysts.
- Provide 1st and 2nd tier master data support, on-call as required.
- Assist with ERP system implementations as required.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Safety Regulations consistently.
- Transactions used in manufacturing and supply chain, especially those related to master data maintenance.
- Technical knowledge of master data.
- Basic knowledge of SAP table relationships.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Manufacturing processes and their relationship to master data.
- Generate and meet appropriate program objectives, and the persistence necessary to ensure high levels of quality and effectiveness.
- Support and manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
- Adapt to new situations and challenges, as circumstances demand.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Document effectively.
- Work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Work effectively as a team with other Master Data Analysts.
- Lead ‘best in class’ behaviors with focus on safety, quality, and policy.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP, generating and maintaining master data.
- 4 year degree is preferred.
