Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Curriculum Development and Production Assistant to support the design, organization, and delivery of engaging educational programs. The ideal candidate will assist in creating curriculum materials, managing production schedules, and ensuring all resources meet the highest standards of quality and alignment with educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of curriculum content, including lesson plans, activity guides, and multimedia materials.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure materials are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with educational standards.
- Coordinate the production of materials, including sourcing supplies, organizing prototypes, and managing inventory.
- Support the logistics of curriculum delivery, including packaging, shipping, and maintaining deadlines.
- Conduct research on educational trends and incorporate innovative ideas into program development.
- Review and edit curriculum content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain organized records of materials, revisions, and production schedules.
- Provide administrative support to the curriculum team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience in curriculum development, teaching, or educational material production is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for education.
