The Engineering team at Rainmaker works on our UAS, dispersion payload, and in-situ / remote sensing systems. As an electrical engineer at Rainmaker, you will work with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and novel in-situ measurement technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of cutting-edge UAS platforms and innovative sensing applications.
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
- Develop novel sensing paradigms and lead the electrical integration of our UAS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including avionics, controls, and software engineers, to ensure seamless system integration
- Oversee prototype fabrication, testing, and iterative design improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and industry standards
- Document design processes, test results, and performance data
- Provide technical expertise and support to the broader engineering team
