Hotel Manager

This individual is the eyes, ears and heart of the property, with the guest experience always being the foremost thought. They take pride in understanding the innerworkings of the property, what makes things run smoothly and where may need more attention. Requested Tasks

-Inspire, lead, motivate and drive results with leaders and team members 

-Oversee the operational functions and financial success of the property and all Food Beverage experiences  

-Lead all key property issues including capital projects, guest satisfaction and any refurbishments needed 

-Handle guest and team member complaints overseeing guest service recovery procedures 

-Prepare, present and achieve hotel budgets, marketing and sales plan and capital budgets 

Requested Capabilities

-Prior experience as a Hotel Manager required 

-Patient, understanding and professional personality

-Keen eye for detail and organization 

-Thorough understanding of the property and all associated amenities

-Cost-saving mindset; budget conscious
