What are the responsibilities and job description for the Keep Shop Concierge position at Makeready LLC?

In search of the unofficial mayor of Emeline. Someone who likes to stay curious. You are the go-to person when those in your circle are looking for the perfect spot for a specific occasion. Best florists? Not a problem. Hidden cocktail bars? You have a list of several and know who to call to get a table. From shopping to sporting events to Instagram-worthy backdrops, you love helping people create special and unique experiences. They may also be responsible to assist patrons with purchases, restocking shelves, and sales.
Requested Tasks
-Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
-Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
-Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guest in arranging excursions
-Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, and packages
-Ensure Keep Shop space and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
-Point of sale execution and guest service

-Guest-centric personality; approachable and helpful
-Keen understanding of the property, surrounding amenities
-Ability to partner with outside businesses in order to make thoughtful recommendations
-Eye for detail and organization
