Equipped with a thorough knowledge of amenities, rates, and available packages and promotions, this go-getter finds joy in pairing guests with a personalized experience.
Requested Tasks
-Communicate with guests over the phone to best understand their needs and secure their reservations at our hotel and experiences
-Be well-educated on all of our hotels and experiences to create memorable stays for our guests
-Partner with Sales team related to promotions, special rates and packages
