What are the responsibilities and job description for the Task Force Sales Manager position at Makeready LLC?

They are brand stewards with a strong focus on curating a deep connection from person-to-person one experience after another.
Requested Tasks
-Responsible for establishing client relationships and securing group business for the property
-Meet or exceed quarterly financial goals
-Identify new markets and business opportunities quarterly
-Represent hotel in various events and exhibitions
-Implement all sales action plans to market areas as outline in the marketing plan
Requested Capabilities
-Prior experience highly preferred
-Attention to financial details (budgeting, planning, etc.)
-Attentive and approachable
-Full understanding of property's amenities and offerings
-Keen understanding of marketing and promotional campaigns
-Ability to lead a team with patience, understanding and motivation
