Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting small packages to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages (small to medium size) safely and efficiently from the delivery vehicle.
- Drive to designated locations following planned routes while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including photo documentation of each delivery and any issues encountered when packages cannot be delivered.
- Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition before and after each trip.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management.
Requirements
- *Must provide your own delivery vehicle.*
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Legal to work in the United States.
- Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently.
