What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roadside Assistance Technician position at MakeSafe Traffic Safety and Roadside Assistnace?
Needing help in Greater New London. Currently evenings, overnights and weekends. Our Roadside Service Technicians may perform tire change, tire patch, air delivery, fuel/fluid delivery, jump start, battery delivery and install, and lockout services to customers at time of request.
Starting pay is $18.00 per call. Stipends available. Weekly direct deposit.
Experience suggested, but not required. Roadside, traffic control, first responder preferred. Will be required to obtain some training. Will be required to obtain free Traffic Incident Management from ConnDOT. May be required to use own vehicle and equipment. Will be required to interact with various types of people. May be required to work in adverse environments or conditions. May lead to other work or advancements.
First responder/roadside owned small business operating 24/365 that takes a para-public safety and customer service approach to roadside assistance and traffic control. Additional information available during interview.
