As Digital Growth & Paid Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our performance marketing strategy, managing paid media campaigns (Google Meta), Amazon and third-party marketplaces, and spearheading eCommerce growth on our website through data-driven strategies, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition initiatives.
responsibilities include :
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Amazon, and other third-party marketplaces.
- Own the full-funnel strategy, from awareness to conversion, leveraging data-driven insights to scale campaigns profitably.
- Oversee website performance and functionality to achieve eCommerce revenue targets.
- Collaborate with third-party web agencies and in-house creatives to develop high-converting landing pages and improve UX.
- Optimize site merchandising to enhance product visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze customer behavior and website analytics to identify opportunities for CRO.
- Continuously improve the eCommerce experience by testing new strategies, refining site navigation, and enhancing mobile performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives that drive engagement and sales.
- Manage & scale makesy's Amazon store and other third-party marketplaces to maximize revenue and ROAS.
- Optimize product listings with A content, SEO, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and implement best practices to boost rankings and sales.
- Manage daily performance across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROAS.
- Meet weekly with Google account managers to review performance, trends, and optimizations to stay ahead of platform updates.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to drive continuous improvements.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as MER, ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rates, and LTV.
- Leverage attribution models and analytics tools to measure impact and refine strategies.
- Manage and allocate the paid media budget to ensure efficiency and scale profitably.
- Forecast spend and performance, making data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.
