Full-Cycle Accountant – Ecommerce

We’re looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Full-Cycle Accountant for a fast-paced growing ecommerce business. This role is heavily focused on accounts payable, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and NetSuite expertise. What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Process vendor payments, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate AP records.
- Track and reconcile inventory costs across ecommerce and B2B channels.
- Maintain and optimize financial records in NetSuite, ensuring books remain clean and accurate.
- Balance sheet reconciliations, ecommerce sales tracking, and tax compliance (property, sales/use tax).
- Produce accurate financial statements, enforce internal controls, and support audits.
- Analyze inventory costs, margins, and COGS to support pricing and profitability.
Who You Are
- Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex
- 4 years of hands-on accounting experience (small to mid-size company preferred).
- Deep NetSuite experience (must be confident in using it daily).
- Strong AP experience (vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations).
- Ecommerce & inventory accounting background (understand COGS, margins, and reconciliations).
- Fast learner – You pick things up quickly and take ownership of your work.
- Highly independent & self-starter – You don’t wait for instructions—you see what needs to be done and do it.
- Comfortable doing the work of a bookkeeper while managing financial operations.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident in owning the accounting function end-to-end.
