Key responsibilities:
- Answering phones Warmly greeting guests upon arrival Making reservations in the reservation system Seating guests
- Taking note of special reservation requests
- Ability to recognize regular returning guests & remember their names.
- Clearly communicating guests' needs to management & service staff
- Maintaining section assignments & an even flow of guests to ensure the best experience possible
- Multitasking in a hectic busy environment.
- Making guests feel welcome & special
- Understanding guests’ expectations & exceeding them
- Ability to work long hours on your feet
- Following Makiin's high level of service standards
Requirements:
