As the Youth Farming Program Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of the program, from outreach and recruitment to hands-on training and mentoring. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Youth Farming Program, ensuring alignment with the foundation's mission and objectives.
- Develop and implement training sessions focused on sustainable farming techniques, business planning, and entrepreneurship.
- Build relationships with community farmers and agricultural experts to facilitate workshops and mentorship opportunities.
- Recruit and engage youth participants, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the program.
- Monitor participant progress and program performance, collecting data to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
- Engage with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program resources and visibility.
- Support grant writing and fundraising efforts to secure resources for program sustainability.
