Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After-school Facilitator/Case Manager to join our team. The After-school Facilitator/Caser Manager will primarily be responsible for planning and facilitating character development programs/activities for the youth which will enrich their learning in the areas of social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
Duties
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to youth in various subjects
- Plan and lead daily program activities that keep the youth engaged at all age levels
- Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding of academic concepts
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student performance
Skills
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
-Previous experience working with children is preferred
-Strong classroom management skills
-Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
-CPR/First Aid
