We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join the team at Ashwood Court based in Warrington, Cheshire WA3 2RB.
Ashwood Court is a registered mental health rehabilitation service, from the 1st April the service will be de-registered from a hospital and will become a residential unit.

Hours: 39 weekly

Responsibilities
Are you a passionate and dynamic leader who is looking for a new challenge?
As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a person-centred occupational therapy support for people with severe and enduring complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and other associated disabilities including behaviours that challenge.
You'll provide leadership and management to your team, continuously identifying their training and development needs to ensure they can deliver the best possible care. So, if you're ready to step up and make a real impact in the lives of others, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications
You will need to have Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active HCPC pin registration number. Excellent communication and interactive skills is essential for the role and being able to demonstrate leadership qualities and to have previous experience of supervising staff would also be beneficial.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
