Experienced Swim Instructor / Lifeguard - Year Round!

Responsibilities:

• Teach private swim lessons
• Assess students ability
• Work with students at their pace while consistently challenging them to progress further
• Transition trial lessons to new enrollments
• Being an ambassador of safety
• Maintain positive relationships

Our requirements are: * Minimum 1 year experience teaching swim lessons

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to swim
• Work with beginner level students
• Work with pre-school aged students
• Current CPR and Lifeguard Certification or willingness to become certified (Making Waves can certify you)
• Able to commit to our company for at least one year. No seasonal hires.
• Must possess good time management skills
• Must possess good communication skills
• Must possess strong organizational skills
• Must be able to have fun with their students!

Shifts Available: * Weekdays: Between 4 pm and 8 pm

• Saturdays Between 9 am and 6 pm
• Sundays: Between 11 am and 7 pm

Salary: Up to $30 per hour based on experience.
