Execute turnkey projects ranging from single, stand-alone machine turnkeys to multi-machine, multi-million-dollar turnkey systems. This position focuses on the execution of the turnkey projects with significant hands-on experience with the implementation of the machining process on the Makino CNC Machining Centers. Communicate with the Project Manager and / or Site Coordinator on project activities. This position does require travel to customer sites sometimes up to 75% during a project.

Prepare Machine for Project @ Makino
- Prepare CNC Equipment and Area for Turnkey Implementation
Layout machine cell area for an efficient implementation of the machining process
Confirm Makino machine setupCharge machine with coolant and verify machine grid shiftsSetup Cutting ToolsAssembly, preset and inventory all cutting tools
Implement Machining Process @ Makino
Dial-in Machining ProcessInterpret inspection results and make necessary adjustments
Perform Machining Process RunoffConduct all machine operations to machine parts

Preferred post-secondary education and / or tech school. Experience in a co-op, internship, full / part-time job in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
