What You'll Do
You’ll be the bridge between potential and performance—connecting our clients’ business goals with the technology that helps them grow. This is a consultative sales role focused on long-term value, not quick wins.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients through regular check-ins and business reviews
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and service usage
- Developing new business opportunities via referrals, networking, and local outreach
- Creating quotes and proposals with input from our technical teams
- Working closely with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns
- Collaborating with technical leadership to ensure alignment between service delivery and client expectations
- Maintaining accurate client records, opportunities, and pipeline activity in our CRM
What You'll Need
General Skills, Certifications, Education & Experience
Required:
- 3 years in B2B sales or account management (preferably in tech, MSP, or SaaS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build trust with business owners and decision-makers
- Familiarity with the sales cycle, from discovery to closing and ongoing support
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of IT services, networking, cloud solutions, or Microsoft 365
- Experience in a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Understanding of common business IT pain points and how MSPs solve them
