What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face that helps keep our client relationships strong, smooth, and successful. You’ll work directly with our clients to ensure their technology experience with Makios is nothing short of excellent. From onboarding and regular check-ins to tracking tickets and projects, your work will help drive loyalty, trust, and value.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Scheduling and facilitating Business Review Meetings (BRMs)
- Managing onboarding and client engagement processes
- Monitoring open tickets and projects to ensure timely updates
- Collaborating with internal teams to advocate for client needs
- Gathering feedback and helping resolve escalations
- Documenting client communications and maintaining records
What You'll Need
General Skills, Certifications, Education & Experience
We’re looking for a natural communicator and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Required:
- 2 years in a client-facing role (preferably in IT, MSP, or SaaS)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Tech-savvy and able to translate “geek speak” into plain English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident working with tools like CRM, PSA, or ticketing platforms
Preferred:
- Familiarity with MSP platforms (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask)
- Basic understanding of IT services, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365
- Experience in project coordination or client success roles
Additional Stuff
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8A-5P MT
- Location: On-site at El Paso, TX office
- Travel: Occasional local travel to client sites (if needed)
- Start Date: ASAP (we’re ready when you are)
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
