Makkas Drapery Workroom is a fast growing family-owned custom workroom with a tradition of providing high quality craftsmanship and customer service to our clients. We are looking for a talented, dedicated full-time Project Manager to join our team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
- Highly organized

- Quick-thinking and quick-learning
- Detail oriented
- Reliable
- Fluency in Portuguese preferred, but not required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Liaison with designers
- Attend measures/meetings for large scale projects
- Coordinate fabrication and installation calendars with project management team
- Work with financial management team to procure purchase orders
- Prepare work orders for seamstresses and provide guidance as needed
- Order hardware, shades and shutters as requested
- Keep files updated on internal project management software
Some long days required, particularly during training. This is a highly active job with heavy lifting required on occasion. Starting salary is $50-55K with employee health insurance reimbursement, full dental insurance, a 401(K) plan with employer matching contributions, and paid vacation time.
