## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for medical testing. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, patient care, and aseptic techniques. ## Responsibilities - Perform venipunctures and skin punctures to collect blood samples - Label vials accurately and maintain patient records - Process specimens for testing and ensure proper storage - Monitor patient vital signs during blood collection procedures - Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines - Provide exceptional patient care and maintain confidentiality ## Skills - Proficient in blood sampling techniques - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to phlebotomy - Familiarity with laboratory procedures and specimen processing - Ability to phlebotomize patients of all ages in various settings (e.g., hospitals, clinics) - Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
