WorkSpace One Deployment Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workspace ONE Zero-Touch Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing zero-touch deployments, ensuring seamless device setup and management across the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with IT teams and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Workspace ONE zero-touch deployments to streamline device onboarding and management.
• Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate and integrate existing infrastructure with Workspace ONE capabilities.
• Develop and implement device profiles, compliance policies, and application deployments in Workspace ONE UEM.
• Ensure security compliance and data protection standards are maintained across all devices.
• Conduct pilot testing and adjust configurations based on feedback to optimize deployment processes.
• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on Workspace ONE functionalities and best practices.
• Monitor deployment processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.
• Document processes, configurations, and provide regular reports on deployment status and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Workspace ONE UEM and zero-touch deployment methodologies.
• Proven experience in device management and configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and provide user support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional Digital Workspace (VCP-DW) are highly desirable.
• Experience with integration of directory services and network configurations supporting zero-touch deployments.
