Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision metal components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to maintain quality standards
• Work collaboratively with engineers, programmers, and production staff

Qualifications:

• 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
