Job Responsibilities:
As a Field Collections Representative, you will:
- Travel to customers’ residences to facilitate payment arrangements for past-due accounts.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service while securing outstanding balances.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors and management.
- Adhere to all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations, including COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.
- Possess an active driver’s license.
- Own a cell phone for communication and work purposes.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain communication with the General Manager/Supervisor.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly paychecks
- Production-based pay with expected earnings of $800 - $1,000 per week
- Paid training
- Mileage compensation
- Paid vacation

Work Schedule:
We are hiring full-time employees with flexible hours!
- Full-Time: 5-day work week, up to 40 hours
- Evening shifts available (work until 8:00 PM)
