The secondary operator assists the Primary Operator with final trim on molded products. Primary responsibilities include routing parts, proper stacking to protect parts from damage, quality inspection for defects, as well as assembly as needed. Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 - 30 lbs. 30% of the workday and 30 lbs. - 60 lbs. 20% of the workday.

Able to work in hot humid environment for extended periods of time as well as around loud noises are required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain stationary with intermediate walking through out shift. Frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds alone and parts more than 50 pounds with assistance, and must be able to transport these up to 20 feet. Frequently positions self to maneuver around the part when finishing. Must be able to operate the hand and air tools frequently. Must be able to work overhead using hand and air tools, lift and carry parts and dump powder boxes.
1st Shift Hours: 6:00a - 2:30p, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities
- Trim parts using routers, saws and air tools
- Assemble parts using sonic welder, glue, and other parts and pieces as required
- Verify the prints for routing and assembly match parts
- Daily housekeeping
- Identify quality issues
- Notify a supervisor if any issues are identified
- Place parts in designated areas
- Verify parts received match order and quantity
- Keep pace with the oven
- Assist other primary and secondary operations or ovens as time permits
- Create a safe work environment
- All other duties as requested
- Ability to read prints and specifications
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
- Ability to communicate with leads and supervisors
- Computer experiences helpful
