Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale Workday finance and accounting projects, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to address complex business challenges, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and innovation through Workday.
- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants and subject matter experts, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, ensuring successful outcomes by implementing corrective actions and troubleshooting system challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and Workday innovations, introducing new strategies to optimize client technology investments.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering compelling client presentations.
- Extensive experience managing Workday finance and accounting technology projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in designing complex solutions that deliver measurable business value.
