Responsibilities
- Lead large, high-impact Workday implementations and drive the solution strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor teams of consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance on business process improvements and optimization of Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, identify system bottlenecks, and propose long-term solutions.
- Drive business development efforts and contribute to new client proposals.
- Proven leadership in managing large, complex Workday projects and client relationships.
- Expertise in Workday configuration and optimization, with a focus on HR and accounting systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in consulting or technology implementation.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
