Responsibilities
- Ensure HVAC projects in North Carolina are completed per code and the standards set forth by the company policy.
- Create work order numbers for service technicians and dispatch personnel to the job.
- Review vendor invoices and code the charges for parts to the appropriate customer and job for accurate job costing and payment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Order materials for jobs as needed.
- Schedule and attend job site inspections.
- Create job estimates based on design plans.
Qualifications
- Valid and current North Carolina HVAC / Mechanical contractor's license.
- Prior experience in HVAC service work.
- Prior experience as a HVAC superintendent.
- Efficiency in computers, email programs, project management software, and basic Microsoft software.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
