The Assistant Director of Campus Retail will work closely with the Director of Campus Retail to manage the day-to-day operations of retail locations on campus. This role will focus on overseeing team management, sales goals, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and the overall performance of retail stores. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of campus retail locations, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards.
- Handle the recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of retail employees.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure proper inventory control and availability of merchandise.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of campus events, trends, and student needs to tailor retail offerings.
- Ensure that all retail locations adhere to health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a campus or educational environment.
