Malace|HR is seeking a Property Manager. The Property Manager will focus on taking ownership of the tenants' / customers' overall experience. The Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environments of the properties, as well as optimizing their financial performance and to position these properties as top performers in the competitive market.
- Commercial Office or Medical Office management experience strongly preferred.
- Oversee / manage maintenance staff in the property portfolio.
- Work with accounting on property-based issues.
- Monthly financial reporting and property reporting to Owner / Asset Managers.
- Be prepared to make decisions and provide direction regarding work and initiatives following Owner For example, contract bids, project bids, responding to tenant requests, emergency response, daily staff questions etc)
- Best in class ethical vendor relationships and oversight.
- Project oversight
- Performance reviews and staff goals
- Property take over / start up for new properties
- 24 / 7 / 365 on call
- Approve payroll and expenses.
- Budget planning and oversight, monthly financial report oversight and actually doing the work and presenting to Owner if a property manager is off.
