What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baler position at Malace HR?
MalaceHR is seeking janitorial cleaners/warehouse workers for an automotive shipping facility in Burton!
The main duty for these positions will be to do baling. This is a repetitive task of putting items in Recycling balers that are used to compress and bundle (or bale) recyclable materials such as cardboard, paper, plastics etc and will require continuous heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation. This position is offering fully paid Union benefits, once qualified, and a starting rate of $17.31 per hour

- 3rd, 11p-7:30a
Duties & Responsibilities
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Removing and Bailing Cardboard
- Janitorial
- Moving, breaking down and stacking Pallets
- Putting Large Garbage bags into machine
- Floor cleaning
- Fork truck operation
- Etc.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning, custodian, warehouse or janitorial cleaning experience preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must have reliable transportation
Salary : $15 - $17
