What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Porter position at Malace HR?
Malace|HR is seeking a full time Building Porter to work onsite in Greensburg PA. The role would be M-F on 1st shift and pay between $21-25 per hour.
Responsibilities:

Completing NFPA required testing including churn tests, generator transfer tests, exit and er lighting, fire door checks etc and basic/light maintenance to include entry level knowledge in plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, wall and ceiling/ceiling tile repair, general clean up). MUST BE willing to respond to emergency calls 24/7/365 unless scheduled off. General work location is in one building by this position will report to any building for emergency response needs or coverage needs when the engineer is off. Must have a clean drivers record and excellent attendance. Note: this position requires comfort with a professional behavior and communication. The position also requires a good amount of ladder work, stair climbing, weather exposer etc., this is a very physical position and needs someone with high energy and motivation to work. Applicants must know this is an entry level position with a significant amount of porter work with half of each day providing some cleaning duties.. Salary will match experience level but the job duties will remain entry level.
Commercial maintenance experience is required, medical is preferred
