Position Summary
Seeking self motivated individuals who will help maintain proper cleaning and cleanliness of office buildings. If you are a self starter, detail oriented and reliable, then this is a great position for you! Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY - 1:00pm to 9:30pm - Thursday to Monday
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY - 9:00pm to 5:30am - Wednesday evening to Monday
Essential Functions
- Cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to company satisfaction.
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- Maintains housekeeping equipment
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
- Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- Ensures security of company assets
Qualifications
- Any type of janitorial, laborer, office cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
