Malace|HR is seeking a Healthcare Facilities Manager to oversee hospital maintenance at an acute care facility in Hollywood, FL. The position will be working for a multi billion dollar Facilities Management/Services company. Qualified individuals with have prior healthcare/commercial building experience and have overseen maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography
- Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process
- Managed outside contractors and vendors within given scope and budget
- Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the area
- Develop Technicians in management skills and maturity through leadership and mentoring
- Support the IFM team in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the Client
- Other duties as assigned
Salary : $36 - $38
