Position Summary

This role supports FCX Manufacturing and will focus on the production process for FCX products to ensure all operating procedures are followed. This role will require training to become proficient in GFRC manufacturing. This is an individual contributor role and requires a physical labor, an ability to follow specific instructions, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Production and Support of Inventory:

• Support pre-production preparation and planning under direct supervision
• Support material stocking and inventory
• Support installation of tooling and equipment
• Support refinement of manufacturing process
• Adherence to process descriptions and operator instructions
• Adherence to all safety requirements, including maintaining safety standards throughout his/her area of responsibility as required by law and company policy
• Support completion of production schedules
• Ensure all proper processing procedures (quality, safety, etc) are adhered to and not compromised

GFRC Knowledge and Process

• Become proficient at making GFRC outdoor fireplaces and other products, as instructed by our GFRC Production Supervisor
• Follow the specific day-to-day instructions of our GFRC Production Supervisor
• Singular focus on GFRC product production

Miscellaneous

• Teamwork and behavior with a positive "can do" attitude
• Assist with scheduling of material ordering, inventory management, quality control, color matching, and packaging to ensure a product that meets specifications and customer expectations
• Effective, timely, and accurate communication with leadership and team members

Other:

• Other duties as assigned by the GFRC Production Supervisor Onsite daily attendance is required for this role. o May require off shift and weekends as required.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• This job operates in a production environment within a manufacturing/warehouse facility.
• This position requires standing, walking, sitting, lifting 50 lbs, carrying, pushing/pulling, balancing.

Salary : $20 - $25
